Regula Decoster

Regula qualified as a physiotherapist in 1994. She then trained in contemporary dance and came across the concept of Spiraldynamics and completed its training programmes. Since 1997 Regula has been teaching the Cantienica method for strengthening deep muscles, improving spinal mobility and stability. She also attended a basic course in reflexology. She began a four-year osteopathy programme at the International Academy of Osteopathy, while also studying acupuncture at the Free University of Maastricht, focusing on philosophical and anthroposophical approaches. Regula completed her acupuncture training in 2007 and is recognised by the EMR and TCM associations.

She is interested in nutritional supplements, detoxification, Germanic healing and Simplonik. Regula’s acupuncture practice incorporates osteopathic techniques and craniosacral therapy to address a range of issues including headaches, shoulder and neck pain, women’s health, hypertension, allergies, sleep disorders and psycho-emotional concerns.
